This year’s Christmas in July will be held on the 27/28 July 19.
Come along and enjoy the back roads to Bathurst, visit the Car Museum and laps of the iconic track at 60KMPH.
For our Canberra members, meet on Saturday at the Federal Highway ACT/NSW Boarder Truck Stop at 8.00 AM for a 8.30 AM sharp departure. Route to Bathurst to follow but will include plenty of bends and scenery. Morning tea will be at Goulburn and lunch at Bathurst, aiming to be at the Bathurst Museum by 1.30 pm. Anticipate 1.5 hrs at the museum and then a few laps plus a group photo on the iconic Bathurst Circuit.
Depart 4.00 pm to Orange where we will be staying at the Best Western Ambassador Orange, 174 Bathurst Road Orange.

Rates are:
Family (4 people) $295.00 = $73.75 per person including hot breakfast, (please be advise only 2 family rooms were available as at 13/6/19).
Executive Room (2 people) $195.00 = $97.50 per person including hot breakfast.
Deluxe Room (2 people) $175.00 = $87.50 per person including hot breakfast.
Single Room (1 person) $160 including hot breakfast.
Dinner at the same venue is 2 coarse $39 and 3 coarse $49, kids are $15.00.
The menu is extensive (refer attached)and special dietary requirements can be catered for. Please advise at the time of booking accommodation.
We would like to do Chris Cringle again as it was a success last year (Craig had a ball!). Present is not to exceed $20.00 and everyone to be included.
Sundays drive will be via Trunkey Creek including a visit to the Abercrombie Caves for a self tour. Lunch will be en route to Canberra at Crookwell.
