As another busy year draws to a close, we invite all members to join us for the 2026 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 17 November at the Harmonie German Club.
The AGM is an opportunity to catch up with fellow members, reflect on the year's activities and have your say in the future direction of the Club.
Whether you're a long-standing member or have recently joined, we'd love to see you there!

7:00 pm: Social catch-up with complimentary finger food and fruit platter
7:30 pm: Annual General Meeting commences
Why not come early and enjoy dinner? Tuesday is the Club's popular Schnitty Night. Please bring ID to sign in at the venue.

Notices of motion must be submitted to the Secretary by Monday 26 October 2026.
Nominations and Voting
All current financial members are encouraged to nominate for committee positions. Nominations may also be made on the night, with contested positions determined by ballot.
Only members who are financial as at 17 November 2026 are eligible to vote. Members unable to attend may appoint a proxy or submit a postal vote in accordance with the Club's voting requirements.
