Welcome to 2026! Time to shift gears and build on the success of our previous events at Pheasant Wood Circuit.

Let's make this a day for all to enjoy. Bring your friends, family and enthusiasts out for the day. 

Registrations are limited, be sure to register ASAP to avoid disappointment!

As with previous events, we will be providing catering so that all you need to do is turn up and enjoy the day.

Whether you're a seasoned driver, weekend warrior or first-timer, come and join us for a fun day at our Pheasant Wood Circuit Track Day! All enthusiasts welcome, BMW or otherwise.

With an open pit lane format, you'll have the time you need to perfect your driving. There will be dedicated beginner sessions and passenger laps (non-timed) also. Our fun and welcoming environment will ensure you have a great time.   

Cost:
Members: $300
Non-members: $350

There are some mandatory requirements to attend:

  • Long sleeve cotton shirt, full length pants and enclosed footwear
  • Helmet (hire is available)
  • Motorsport (Motorsport Australia or AASA) or track (Pheasant Wood) licence: A day licence can be purchased for $35 @ the track. Note: Can be upgraded on the day to an annual licence for an additional $69

There will be people available to help you get the best out of the day, sharpen your skills and give you some tips and get the best out of your track time.

Again, this will be a fully catered event - Your registration fee includes all lunch, snacks and drinks (water, soft drink, tea and coffee). Simply turn up and enjoy the day!

Gates open at 7:30am. Everyone MUST Arrive no later than 8:15am (to complete sign on). There will be a drivers briefing commencing at 8:45am. All drivers MUST attend and be ready to hit the track at 9:00am.

On top of being an already impressive day, we will have awards for a number of categories as well. 

NOTE: We will need volunteers to assist in the café area and admin duties. Volunteers will be provided with lunch, snacks, drinks, etc.
