It is that time of year again - The Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on Tuesday 18 November from 7.30pm at the Harmonie German Club, 49 Jerrabomberra Avenue, Narrabundah. 

Join us in the Pool Room (upstairs next to the restaurant) at 7pm for a chat and complementary finger food and a fruit platter. The AGM will start at 7.30pm.

You might like to consider coming early and having a meal. Tuesdays are busy as it is $12 Snitty night—Harmonie Club Menu. You will just need to sign in at the door with some ID.

Please put it in your diary and consider standing for a committee position as your Club needs you. Come along and take the opportunity to meet fellow members and influence the direction of your Club.

The agenda for the AGM will be:

• Confirmation of the minutes of the previous 2024 AGM (held November 2024)
• President’s Report
• Financial Report
• Election of Committee (as per section 8 of the Constitution of the BMW Car Club Canberra)
• General Business

During the AGM, an election will take place to appoint the President and Committee for the 2025-2026 year. All current financial members are encouraged to nominate for committee positions. Attached to this notice are the formal AGM notification including committee roles, a nomination form, a proxy voting form, a postal vote form and the minutes of the 2024 AGM.

Only financial (excluding associate) members as at Tuesday 18 November 2025 are eligible to vote. If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may choose to nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf, submit a nomination or send a postal vote, however these must be lodged with the Secretary by emailing secretary@bmwclubcanberra.org.au. 

**Please note: If you do not receive an acknowledgement email from the Secretary, please call Lorna (number listed in the Notice) before the AGM.**

If you wish to raise a notice of motion at the meeting, please email your motion to the Secretary by Monday 27 October 2025.
