Registration

  • Assistance with setting up/down the club marquee/banners and lining up BMW cars.
  • No experience necessary! This is a great opportunity to learn not only about judging, it will also provide you with insight as to what you can do to prepare your car for future events.
  • Assisting with directing entrant traffic on where to park in the venue. Assisting with Vendor placement/enquires. Other tasks that may arise.

German Auto Day 2024 promises to be a spectacular event! As the organizing club this year, we need your help to make everything run smoothly.

We are seeking volunteers to assist with various tasks, including our club setup, judging our Show and Shine, and overall event management. 

No prior experience in judging is required, though an eye for detail will be beneficial. For those new to judging, we will provide guidance before you start. If you are participating in the Show and Shine, you can still volunteer as a judge, but you will be assigned to a different category than the one your car is entered in.

Rest assured, there will be ample support and assistance available throughout the event. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to reach out. Further details will be sent to volunteers closer to the date.
