Dinner, General Meeting and Movie Night

  • We will need to know if you are attending and choosing to eat at the club so we can arrange entrance for non-members of Eastlakes and to ensure sufficient seating in the room and the bistro.
  • 7PM start time for the General Meeting in the MacDonald Room (up-stairs) at Eastlakes Football Club

Celebrate the final hours of winter by joining the committee and fellow members for a cosy night in with a dinner, catch up and a movie on 31 August.

The committee will give you a quick update on how the club is doing and we want to hear your feedback or suggestions on how we can do things differently or better. Share your good ideas! After that we are planning to show a movie or short films on motorsport/BMW related topics. Topic(s) to be advised later.

We have booked the MacDonald Room (up-stairs) at Eastlakes Football Club for the General Meeting at 7pm and we have also booked a table for 6pm if you would like to eat in the bistro beforehand.

Discounted club merchandise will be available to purchase and there will also be lucky door prizes to be won!
