This is an Official BMW Car Club event for members and our first overnight run for the year.  This drive will be on some of the most scenic and greatest driving roads in Australia with great stopovers and photo opportunities.

Unfortunally we will not be able to complete the full loop due to road damage from the 2019/2020 fires, though what we have planned is epic!

Depart Calwell Shopping Centre Car Park at 8.00am sharp on Saturday, driving through Cooma, Dalgety, Beloka onto Jindabyne for morning tea.  Depart Jindabyne via the Alpine Way to Khancoban Roadhouse via Crackenback and Thredbo.

Lunch at Khancoban then return back to Jindabyne for afternoon tea and onto Cooma either directly or for those that want more, via Rocky Plan, Cootralantra, Middlingbank, Coolringdon and Cooma.

For those that have not travelled this road please have a look on Google Maps to appreciate the windy bits after Thredbo.

We have arranged a special deal at the Altair Motel (192 Sharp Street) for $130.00 per single/twin share room.  Ring Charlie on 6452 1211 to reserve your room.  We will try and arrange breakfast there as well.

Cooma Car Club are holding their Surf to Summit Run on the same Saturday and we are arranging to join them for Dinner at the Cooma Car Club.  Dinner including drinks will be in the $40-$50 00 per head region.

After breakfast we will leave Cooma for Tumut via Middlingbank, Adaminaby, Kosciuszko National Park, Talbingo (Morning Tea) and onto the Tumut River Brewing Company (1/5 Capper Street) for lunch.  Afternoon tea will be at  Jugiong before heading back to Canberra.
