The High Country Run is currently blanketed in snow and the forecast is for more on Sunday!
Sooo, We will drive down to Cooma and Tony Nassar has said he can provide a banquet at his restaurant Roses, serving a feast of Lebanese cuisine.
Anyone who came to the Snowie run last year can attest to the quality and variety that Tony and his staff puts on. Cost per head is $30 and I can guarantee you will not go away hungry.
After the meal, he has kindly offered to open the club rooms of the Cooma Monaro Historic Vehicle Club and he will provide coffee and desert. If you have not been to the club rooms, it is a former indoor tennis centre that they bought some years ago and members store their vehicles there so it takes on the atmosphere of a classic car museum. A great collection of cars to view.
So why not come on a shorter drive and enjoy the company of other club members and the Hospitality of our friends in Cooma.
As before we will meet at Chisholm shops but at the later time of 10am for coffee and then drive down to Cooma.
