Re-scheduled Episode II: Return to Pheasant Wood

  • This is for all participants that are attending to watch the day and wish to be catered for.

    Price includes, lunch, snack, drink, etc.
  • This is for volunteers that are coming to watch and assist with organising the day. this includes catering and admin duties for the day.

    As a volunteer you will be provide with lunch, snacks, drinks, etc.


On the back of an incredible first track day, we're hosting another! Those in attendance will likely appreciate cooler temperatures, I know the cars will!

NOTE: We need sufficient registrations for the event to be viable. Please extend a warm welcome to ALL enthusiasts wanting to come play, BMW or otherwise.

To re-cap, there are some mandatory requirements to attend:

  • Long sleeve cotton shirt, full length pants and enclosed footwear
  • Helmet: hire is available
  • Motorsport (Motorsport Australia or AASA) or track (Pheasant Wood) licence: A day licence can be purchased for $30 @ the track. Note: Can be upgraded on the day to an annual licence for an additional $69

If you are hooked, now is the time to invest in your own helmet and annual race licence.

This will again be a fully catered event. Your registration fee includes all lunch, snacks and drinks (water, soft drink, tea and coffee). Simply turn up and enjoy the day.

NOTE: We will need volunteers to assist in the cafe area this time. Yvonne, Ian and Ben were amazing, they need to be able to enjoy the festivities as well.

Club merchandise will also be available for purchase on the day.


Registrations are limited, be sure to register ASAP to avoid disappointment.
